Twin Spires Construction Remodeling successfully transformed an existing single-story ranch home into a stunning two-story residence. The project involved adding a second-story addition while maintaining the open floor plan and relocating the kitchen on the ground floor.

To meet the client’s requirements, Twin Spires Construction & Remodeling not only aimed to expand the square footage but also create a cohesive and functional layout. The primary bedroom, now located on the left side of the house, was enhanced with the addition of a nursery, two spacious walk-in closets, and a luxurious primary bath suite.

The second-floor addition boasts three generously sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an office, and a large loft area that overlooks the impressive entryway on the first floor. This design ensures ample space for the client’s lifestyle and provides a sense of harmony throughout the home.

To make a grand statement with the facade and entrance, Twin Spires Construction & Remodeling decided to incorporate a unique exterior material. After extensive research, a “made to order” cast stone product was chosen. The team worked closely with the client, going through several design revisions to ensure the perfect measurements and appearance. Ultimately, the custom cast stone was applied around the front entry door, as well as used as sills and headers above the windows, adding an elegant touch to the home’s exterior.

Furthermore, Twin Spires Construction & Remodeling incorporated various materials, such as brick, cast stone, and a metal roof, to create a visually appealing and cohesive design. This not only elevates the overall aesthetic but also pays tribute to the original style of the house and the surrounding neighborhood.
