These clients wanted an open floor plan that preserved the feel of an old highland home yet able to host and function in a modern way. Trade Works Remodeling was able to open up two walls and connect the front living room, middle dining room and rear family room. They also re-built the dry bar and made it a wet bar, adding French doors to make the front sitting room and home office. In the second phase of the project, Trade Works turned a full bath into a half bath and removed a closet to open up the kitchen and give a seamless opening to the family room along with the breakfast nook.
