These homeowners wanted to update and modernize their 30-year old traditional 2-story brick home by taking its darker interior and boxy floorplan from the early 90's and turn it into a clean, open concept. This creates a more family-friendly space along with upscale entertainment areas. Black and White was selected as the featured color scheme for the entire home, along with primary colors in decorating and furnishing. Bender Construction updated the front door, added bright light fixtures, added custom-built cabinets, replaced the fireplace and upgraded second floor master suite/master ensuite. The intricate details of this project reflect a new, updated look.
